Kirstin Guptill joins the HopeWest executive leadership team, bringing more than a decade of experience in the human resources realm to her role as Chief People Officer (CPO.)
In this role, Guptill, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, is responsible for leading and further developing our human resource strategy with a focus on fostering employee engagement, shaping organizational culture, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.

Guptill has been in western Colorado for more than two decades and served in organizations throughout our community in leadership roles focused on human resource management. In addition, she also serves as an adjunct instructor at Colorado Mesa University teaching human resource fundamentals. Kirstin is very active within SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) serving both on the Western Slope and the Colorado state level as Director Elect.
