Linda Kay Bell, 76, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at HopeWest Ferris Care Center due to natural causes. She was born on November 24, 1948, in Montrose, Colorado, to Zeno and Zelma (Tulip) Inmen.
Linda had a passion for working in hospitality, serving as a cook in hospitals and care centers. She also enjoyed working alongside her family at DeVries Farm Market in Orchard Mesa. In her free time, Linda loved camping and fishing at Silver Jack Lake. She enjoyed crafting and collecting antiques and had a deep passion for caring for animals and her home garden.
Linda is survived by her two sons, Jason W. Richmond and his wife Janet L. Richmond of Sun City, Arizona, and Randy A. Haumont and his wife Kristin N. Twilley of Gilbert, Arizona. She had three grandchildren: Kimberly, Robert, and Joshua Richmond. Additionally, Linda is survived by three great-grandchildren: Kainan, Khaleesi, and Harley Richmond, as well as one future great-grandchild, Hendricks Fulkerson. She is also survived by two sisters, Leeyla DeVries and her husband Bill DeVries, and Charlene Shavonis and her husband Butch Shavonis. She was preceded in death by her sister Connie Burt and her husband E.C. Burt.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Crippin Funeral Home in Montrose, Colorado. A graveside service will follow at 1:15 PM at Grand View Cemetery in Montrose.
