HopeWest Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Tracy Barrios as the new Director of Clinical Services. With her extensive background in nursing leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, Barrios is prepared to lead the clinical operations at HopeWest PACE with dedication and expertise.
In her new role, Barrios will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, and will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of clinical practice across all PACE care delivery settings – including private homes as well as assisted and skilled nursing facilities.
Barrios brings a wealth of experience to her position, having earned a Bachelor of Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in 2012. Her career has been marked by outstanding leadership in nursing administration throughout the Grand Valley community.
